Ingredients
- 1 cup (150g) B.C Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ¾ cup (175ml) Unsweetened soy, rice or almond milk
- ½ cup (75g) Banana, chopped
- ½ cup (20g) Fresh spinach leaves, packed
- ½ cup (120ml) Grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup (60ml) Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tsp (10ml) Ground flax seeds
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
