They’re as close as your neighbourhood grocer. Look for the "BC Grown" logo on the freezer bag, or check country of origin to make sure it says "Canada", to be sure you're supporting local growers. Fresh BC blueberry season runs from July through until September in the produce department of supermarkets, at farmers markets, or direct from the farm gate.
