This webinar will provide updates on research projects currently being funded by the BC Blueberry Council as well as the Raspberry Industry Development Council and BC Strawberry Grower’s Association. Highlighting results from the 2021 field season, webinar topics will include entomology, pathology, breeding, horticulture, and climate change mitigation research. Agenda to come.

The BC Agri-Food Industry Gala is an annual fundraising event hosted by BCAC that brings together farmers, ranchers, agri/aqua-food leaders and industry stakeholders from around the Province to celebrate and discuss agriculture in British Columbia.

Ag Day will be held virtually this year on October 26th and 27th. Ag Day is a series of scheduled meetings between B.C. farmers and ranchers, Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, senior government officials and other key stakeholders such as B.C.’s Agriculture Land Commission (ALC).
Calling all blueberry lovers! Prepare yourselves for South Granville’s first ever blueberry-themed event this summer: Go Blue on South Granville, happening from July 18th to 28th.
Over the 10-day celebration, a number of South Granville’s restaurants will feature BC blueberries in special menu items. In addition, the street will be transformed with hues of blue as various retailers celebrate blueberries in their own ways - watch for special promotions, sales, events, and decorations.
