Ingredients
- 2 cups (300g) B.C Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup (150g) Frozen banana, chopped
- 2 cups (500ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup (40g) Hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Almond butter
- 2 (48g) Medjool dates, pitted (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
